It's very hard to write a comment here, especially since it is anonymous and I definitely I don't want to pillory anybody. I do believe everybody has their own reasons to write reviews as they do. However, this review has personally crossed my boarders. The tone has been very rude, the wording has been more than personal and the publisher refused to get a second opinion. It's very unfortunate and I don't want to go into any detail. All I'd like to say is be aware when you submit to this journal, that there is a chance that the review might not be helpful.
