The review process here was fair and good. The reviews helped to improve the paper and the dialogue with the reviewers was constructive, really working together to make the paper better. The editor stayed out of the review process for most part, basing the editorial decision strongly on the reviews (which made absolute sense in this case). The reviews took a reasonable amount of time - in the first round around 3 months, in the second round around 1.5 months - and in light of the quality of the review process and the good submission-review-resubmission-review cycle I can only recommend this journal for those doing research on mobile media and mobile communication.
