My experience was very alike to the other comments, The process took a reasonable amount of time and was well managed. However, the comments from only one reviewer were not helpful and rather general in scope.

How can you be an editor when you don't read your submissions? This journal gave us one review, one paragraph, and a rejection without any reason which I find strange. An editor should be able to write at least one single sentence. In our case, the rejection letter came from the editorial administrator which is unacceptable. Very strange journal. I have published dozens of journal articles but will never submit there again, nor can I recommend it.
